5. Refund Process

• Gift Card Refund: After we receive the returned product, we will initiate your refund. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card for the value of the returned product.
• Validity of Gift Card: The Gift Card can be used on our website, dryfruitsvillage.com, for 365 days from the date of issue. You can use the full or partial amount of the Gift Card on your next purchase.
